Made) to my auto policy.
I have a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer that I pay roughly $225.00 a month to insure. I have $1,000,000 liability coverage, basic accident benefits coverage, direct compensation for property damage (with no deductible), all perils coverage, collision or upset coverage (with a $500 deductible), Comprehensive (with a $500 deductible) amd $1,000,000 family protection coverage.
To make policy changes I just call the toll-free number. I get friendly assistance every time. I was once told by a CSR that I should be receiving a discount because I insured my truck and home with them. She then updated the policies to include the discount and even reimbursed me 6 months. Although it wasn't a cash refund, I had a credit on my account that meant I paid an even lower amount for both policies for the year. When my car was stolen, they gave me fast assistance. I had a rental car company calling me to arrange pickup of a rental within a few hours. The claim was processed quickly and she contacted me several time to let me know the status. This has really been a great company to deal with. ♠

Dec. 10 (Bloomberg) -- The trade deficit in the U.S. probably widened in October as the growing economy caused imports to rise faster than exports, economists said before a report today.
The gap grew to $36.8 billion, the widest since January, from $36.5 billion the prior month, according to the median estimate of 75 economists surveyed by Bloomberg News. Other figures may show jobless claims fell to a one-year low.
FedEx Corp. and United Parcel Service Inc. are among companies benefiting from growing sales as economies recover from the worst global slump in the post-World War II era. A manufacturing rebound from the U.S. to China may sustain the expansion into 2010 as companies strive to prevent inventories from evaporating.
“Global trade has started to grow again,” said James O’Sullivan , chief economist at MF Global Ltd. in New York. “The continuation of these trends, boosting imports as well as exports, is all a positive growth sign.”
The Commerce Department’s trade figures are due at 8:30 a.m. in Washington. Economists’ estimates ranged from deficits of $32 billion to $41.3 billion.
